What is Life Coaching?
The Life Coaching goal is to help us to enhance our inner perspective and be more focused on our best life options. We work in a very practical way. At same time, it is a process of personal empowerment where we learn to take self-responsibility and leadership of our own life.
The role of the Coach is to support this process and serve as a guide, encouraging you to feel safe and able to make necessary decisions.
The Life Coaching process is used to help with issues related to: a. difficulty in organizing; b. difficulty in setting and achieving goals; c. lack of motivation and enthusiasm; d. difficulty in relationships; e. low self-esteem; f. redefining motivation; and g. finding a life purpose.
What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a process whose aim is to promote self-knowledge and self-development. This is done through identifying the positive capabilities and internal resources needed to fulfill this aim.
If the personal coaching process begins after an Aura Reading, it will be easier to identify the areas which need more specific and detailed work. It is then possible to do more focused work with a few sessions to achieve the identified goal. However, if there are deeper issues, psychotherapy may be necessary.
How do I use Coaching?
As a coach, my role is to bring the right coaching approach in order to support true self-transformation. Transformative Coaching is a process that combines Jungian therapy and a spirit-based approach in order to awaken self- knowledge and self-consciousness in those people who are in a deep transformational process.
This approach is deeper than traditional Coaching since it requires an understanding and identification of the unconscious emotions and attitudes that prevent us from doing what needs to be done. At the same time, it brings an awareness of our higher potential which can be developed and fulfilled, allowing us to grow and feel whole.
